I wish I could give them a zero review. Our entire family sees them and this morning I was running late and the receptionist was extremely rude and lacked even the basic professional attitude. I would highly recommend the doctor to look into this as this brings a very bad name to the practice. Now I completely understand that it was my fault for the last minute change but stuff happens and no matter what, I expect professional behavior.
If you are looking for good customer service, AVOID this place.

I used to dread going to the dentist and would have such bad anxiety about having any procedures done. Last month I had to have my first crown done and I thought I was going to lose it. Dr. Talcott and his staff were amazing with me and made the procedure completely stress free. In fact, I’m actually going to go back and have a couple teeth done, that have been discolored for years, on my own free will. It’s such a relief to have a dentist that is so good at what they do, that even patients like me with anxiety can have dental work done and not have any issues.
